Growing up in southern New Hampshire, Kevin developed an early love of food. Much TV time was devoted to Julia Child, Justin Wilson and Martin Yan. By age 12, he had taken to cooking dinner for his family nightly.

After visiting culinary schools in high school, and learning what time baking a pastry classes started (4am!?!), he decided to pursue a more traditional college experience. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire. He spent five years in the corporate world of sales before enrolling in Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta, later graduating summa cum laude.

Since then he has worked at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, under master chef Peter Timmons, and more recently teamed up with Adam Fuller at Great Bay. He also spent a year and a half as chief ice cream maker at Cambridge's beloved Toscanini's.

Kevin is very happy to once again team with Christopher Myers, and the crew here at Myers+Chang.
