Myers + Chang is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, responsible manager to help lead their team and manage the operations of the restaurant. Applicants must have a genuine love of hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both customers and staff members. We are seeking someone who has great motivational skills, who is a self-starter, and who is passionate about food, wine, and service.
Our managers work closely with owners, Joanne Chang and Christopher Myers and Executive Chef and partner, Karen Akunowicz, as well as the rest of our management team, to maintain our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities include; training the front of house staff, planning large parties, payroll, inventory, creatively contributing to the bar program, and inspiring and motivating the staff.
This is a hands-on managing position in which you are on the floor working closely with the staff and other managers to help Myers+Chang provide an unparalleled level of friendliness, warmth, and devotion to our guests. In addition, the manager maintains our Open Table and Constant Contacts accounts and he/she should be well versed in general office computer skills.
